Terms of Consignment
As you may expect a shop for high fashion minded people has discerning terms of consignment. They are as follows:
- All garments must arrive dry-cleaned and on hangers.
- All items must be in excellent condition. We will not accept items with flaws (e.x. cracked or missing buttons, stains, holes).
- All items are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse items for any reason.
- Items will be priced at our discretion and are subject to change at any time.
- Consignee will receive 50% of the price for which the items are sold. Payment will be made by check only and mailed on the 15th of every month. Consignee will receive an itemized receipt of items received and sold.
- gh2 is not responsible for damage incurred while items are in store. (We will, of course, make every effort to avoid or prevent damage.)
- Items not approved or sold are the responsibility of the consignee. We will allow 48 hours upon notification for items to be picked up after that point items will be donated to The Jeremiah Program of Minnesota.
A high threshold for merchandise at gh2 is in the best interests for all parties concerned. Customers expect quality merchandise; consignees receive reasonable returns on their items; and gh2 maintains a level of high fashion that customers expect and consignees benefit from.
